The league consisted of 7 divisions with 7 weekly rounds from January 26 to April 20 2021, between teams of 4 players at a rate of play of 45 minutes each for all the moves plus 15 seconds per move increment from move 1. Nine teams from Cornwall entered. Trelawny's Army, Falmouth & Truro's "A" team, are promoted and will play in division 1 in season 4. Bude Surfers are promoted to division 3. They will also play in the division 4 semi-final.
